Harrison Winn launched our great company in 1962 when he purchased a defunct oil processing company for pennies. His son Jackson took over in 1979 and expanded the company into multi-national interests, with America and Americans front and center.

Our portfolio has grown into almost every avenue of capital creation, but we have never forgotten our roots: the heartland of this great nation.

The original headquarters in Shreveport, Louisiana has now become a community center where locals can enjoy their families in air conditioned comfort. Our Board of Directors now meet quarterly in our new headquarters in Oil City, Louisiana.
